We identify and purchase property assets which are both undervalued and which, together with planning actions we undertake, also offer potential for additional upside valuation. Each property in our portfolio may be categorized as a ‘strategic buy’. 

 

With such properties we prove them up and build value into them.  We then seek strategic partners to purchase outright or undertake with us the joint development of these assets. 

 

Strategy matters and we remain focused on identifying development opportunities which we can secure and can flip from prospects to sought-after assets.

 

We act only as principals in all property dealings.

Each purchase adheres to our specially formulated ‘find’ and assessment criteria – we apply an individual ‘accreditation’ to such properties – so that each is classified according to our investment criteria at the time – seeking to see through the purchase to the ultimate sale and profit generation.

In today's market there are countless property assets which have the potential for massive upside revaluation. 

 

They may simply be undiscovered or such deals may may have proven difficult for parties to acquire.  Perhaps where multiple vendors arise such vendors may have very different opinions in either retaining the asset, issues of timing or legitimate differences in the alternatives for the asset's development or its disposal.
