International Real Estate Investment Preferences

Such preferences may include the location of the real estate, type of real estate, price range, investment yield required, duration of investment and finally an exit strategy ie the refinancing, joint venturing, or sale of the asset in the future.

We address all regulatory issues in the country for the preferred investment. We apply for approvals necessary and generally finesse the investment though all statutory and government authorities.

In specific cases and for significant transactions we can assemble members of a Special Assignment Team (SAT) to identify and negotiate the acquisition of equity or shareholdings in foreign real estate corporations or entities.
