First Cathay International Investments Group (First Cathay) is based in Australia Singapore. An office is soon to be opened in Shanghai. Personnel includes experienced real estate persons, affiliates and advisors led by Serge de Kantzow, First Cathay's Chairman of Directors.

For over 40 years, Serge de Kantzow - acting as investment principal and at times also as an advisor - has personally assembled deals for investment and development exceeding US$5billion in value. These transactions have been located in the US, Australia, Singapore, UK, France, Malaysia and, more recently, proposals in China.

For each investment property opportunity a Special Assignment Team (SAT) is established to secure the best deal possible for Clients.  Currently Clients comprise mainly  international joint venture partners with available banking lines of credit. 

 

First Cathay takes particular pride in meeting the most demanding investment requirements posed by joint venture partners and/or Clients.

No matter where the project is located the key has been "doing the right deal at the right time with the right property project".

 

Properly identified, arranged and structured, these transactions will - where necessary and appropriate - attract international joint venture partners, banking partners and investors with the right intent, savvy awareness, credentials, resources, funding and influence.
